Shiitake Log Farming Privacy Policy

Okuda Manufacturing, also operating as Awaji no Kinokoya (the “Operator”), handles information in the Shiitake Log Farming app (the “App”) as described below.

1. Data stored on your device

The App stores game progress, cultivation data, in-game funds, sound preferences, and other settings on your device. The Operator does not receive this data on its own server. Deleting the App also deletes this locally stored data, subject to your device backup settings.

2. Game Center

If you choose to use Game Center, the App sends your total-assets leaderboard score to Apple. The Operator does not store your Game Center player name or identifier on its own server. Apple may display your nickname, avatar, scores, and game activity according to your Apple and Game Center settings. See Apple Games Privacy.

3. Advertising

The App may show a Google AdMob rewarded ad when you choose an eligible game-year extension. The App requests non-personalized ads only. Ad selection is not based on your past behavior, but Google may still process information such as approximate location derived from IP address, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, in-app activity, diagnostics, crash data, and performance data for ad delivery, frequency capping, aggregated reporting, fraud prevention, analytics, and service improvement.

Where required, the App displays a consent or privacy-choice form through Google User Messaging Platform before requesting ads. You can reopen available ad privacy choices from the App’s Terms & Privacy screen. See the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Tracking and your choices

The App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, does not request personalized ads, and disables Google Mobile Ads' publisher first-party identifier on iOS. Depending on your region, you may be able to consent, refuse consent, object, opt out of certain sharing, or withdraw a previous choice through the advertising privacy form.

5. External websites

The App links to the Operator’s store, social media, and video pages. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies. The Operator’s physical-goods store is operated primarily for customers in Japan; confirm language, currency, shipping area, and return terms on the linked site before ordering.

6. Children

The App is not offered in Apple’s Kids Category and is not directed specifically to children. Children should use the App with a parent or guardian as appropriate for their age and location. Contact the Operator if you believe a child’s information has been handled improperly.

7. Legal bases, transfers, and retention

Where applicable, advertising information is processed based on consent or another legal basis identified in the consent form and provider documentation. Apple and Google may process information outside your country using safeguards described in their policies. Locally stored game data remains until you reset it or delete the App. Retention of data processed by Apple or Google is controlled by those providers and their applicable settings and policies.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive information about personal data, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Because the Operator does not run an account or game-data server, requests concerning Game Center or advertising-provider data may also need to be made directly to Apple or Google. 9. Security and changes

The App minimizes Operator-controlled data collection by keeping game data on your device. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Material policy changes will be announced by updating this page or by a notice in the App.
